Why I Do What I Do

I do what I do because I’m passionate about my health and wellness. I struggled with an eating disorder from the ages of 12-23 that left me with several diagnosed diseases because of all the years of abuse to my body. Through work with functional medicine, a wellness coach and supportive friends and family, I have recovered and thrived. Drawing from my first-hand knowledge, I can empathize and help my clients discover new ways to navigate through potentially turbulent times with clarity and confidence. Using my own resiliency, it is my hope to help other women reach their goals to live their best healthy lives.
